AIS2026 will be held at the Florida State University – Panama City Campus, located at 4750 Collegiate Dr, Panama City, FL 32405.

  • Drive time: Hotels in Panama City Beach, like the two above, are typically a 15-25 minute drive across the Hathaway Bridge to the FSU Panama City Campus.
  • Rideshares & Taxis: Taxi services and rideshares like Uber and Lyft operate actively throughout Panama City and Panama City Beach.
  • Rental Cars:  If you plan to explore the area after conference hours, renting a car is recommended for maximum flexibility.
  • Carpooling: We encourage attendees to connect with each other and arrange shared rides or carpools to minimize cost.

Free parking is available for all conference attendees on the FSU Panama City campus.

Primary Airport - Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)

Located 18 miles northwest of Panama City, Florida. Served by American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines. Rental cars, taxi services, and rideshares are readily available at the airport terminal.
